HOW TO PLAY

The Pirate Games are a live, story-driven contest that welcomes 4 players to step into pirate roles, face trials across three rounds,
and battle to be the last one standing.

GAMEPLAY FORMAT

  • Gameplay Streamed via Twitch:

  • This is a early test version of the game.

  • 30-45 minutes per game.

  • Games are made up of 3 scenarios each.

  • There are 4 players per session.

  • Scenario: Host reads the scene, which is different for each scenario.

  • There is 1 task per scenario. Either a puzzle, game, riddle, decision, or combat.

  • Players attempt the task and will either gain or lose points depending on the outcome.

  • Players will be compensated 200,000g each for testing the script and mechanics of the game.

TRACKING POINTS

  • Players start with 5 points.

  • Their goal is to try and accumulate points by succeeding at tasks each round.

  • If at any time they run out of points, they will be eliminated from the game.

  • The player with the most points at the end of the 3rd scenario, wins the game. The winner will receive an additional 100,000g.

CHOOSING YOUR CHARACTER

  • Each player will select a pirate character to play as. Picked by order of sign up.

  • Each character has a special ability that can be used by the player to gain advantages.
